BROOK CHALET
Winter Season (Nov. 15- Apr. 15)

Weekday rates- $350

Weekend rates- $500 (Total $1000 Fri/Sat nights)

Spring/Summer/Fall Seasons (Apr 16-Nov. 14)

Weekend rates- $400 (Total $800 Fri/Sat nights)

Terms

Two-night minimum stay required; Add a 3rd night to a winter
stay for extra $150. -
**Christmas week $3500; February vacation week $3500. New
Year week is $3000. Holidays are charged at weekend rate. -
July 4th and Labor Day weeks are $1500.

Note: A $100 cleaning fee will be assessed for all rentals.

A refundable security deposit of $250 will also be collected and
returned within 2 weeks from your departure date. -
50% of total payment required at time of reservation; 50% due 30 days prior to stay

All rentals subject to 9% Maine sales tax.
